THE CONDOS HAVE BEEN OCCUPIED FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS HOWEVER NO GRASS HAS BEEN PLANTED AND THE YARD IS FULL OF WEEDS. THERE ARE LIMBS FROM THE STORM AND PALLETS LEFT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION ARE IN CRANDALL'S BACKYARD. THEY ALSO THINK THE UNIT W/SHEETS AT THE WINDOWS MIGHT BE OVER OCCUPIED.
