Missed pick-up/trash: The stickers were taken off & the lids were off but it was not picked up. The crews also piled her neighbors trash in front of her house. She didn't know if they forgot to come back & pick it up.

Broken Recycle Container
Broken Large recycle container lid. I previously reported. Was told it would be fixed twice and it has not been. Original ticket was closed without action so I called again and was told it would be repaired last week and it was not. So, reporting again hoping issue will be taken care of. Could not reach anyone on phone this time.
Recycable items not properly sorted. 946 crew did not take
