The patch work is either sinking as it settles or was improperly done in the first place. Its challenging to pull on to Indiana or turn off Indiana due to the unexpected height difference in the road. The minimal amount of added asphalt that was 'patched' did nothing to solve the issue.
This intersection is a safety issue. Theres a high volume of students crossing and traffic. The road is busy enough and the intersection is challenging. Please consider an overpass for pedestrians to safely cross Dunn!
Street tree has broken limb. It's not in the street or blocking the sidewalk, but it's large and in the ROW and probably should be cut off because people walk by and mess with it.

White pickup truck running, unoccupied parked over sidewalk and into street
Garbage blocking alley, so my tenants can't get to their parking. This is the only alley that is left open. This is not our dumpster.
