is a handicapped stop. has replaced her cans with oversized cans; 45 gal. have done courtesy dumps due to her being a handicapped stop; have left notices. will not comply and keeps leaving notices asking us to empty them anyway. sets on/by front porch. thanks.

Courtesy Pick up. This is a flag stop. her trash can had rolled down to the middle of side walk and it should of been on her porch. Her recycle bin is broken sentDanny and he took her another one.
