Our water is brown! Toilets stained - love having to wash my clothes in it. Keep on raising our rates. That's all. Don't bother answering me with the usual excuses about high water in Monroe.

Water is coming out of the faucet yellow this morning. It is also yellow coming out of the garden hose. What is causing this? I am concerned it is unsafe to use.

Reported by Joanne Freeman to me. Unfinished AT&T fiber project started last summer has left exposed conduit, foot-deep holes and sand fill in rights of way (meaning grass doesn't grow). She wants City inspectors to contact Michael or Sharon Dalton who are the property managers for the subdivision to get this situation addressed. AT&T has been unresponsive to neighborhood contact.
