What happened to Report #183445? Was it removed from public record?
Who is the "Parking Services Director"? That person has unilaterally decided to issue a parking permit to a vehicle that is specifically prohibited by City Code. Specifically, "15.32.070 - Certain vehicles—Two-hour limit. No person shall allow a truck, trailer, tractor, bus, house, trailer, semi-trailer, dumpster, moving pod, or other vehicle having a load capacity in excess of one ton, or a length in excess of nineteen feet, or a height in excess of six feet six inches, or a width in excess of seven feet to be parked upon the streets of the city in excess of two hours unless authorized by the parking services director or his or her designee." The offending vehicle is a large, white, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 about 9 feet tall that is parked on the street all day and night, blocking views and creating an eyesore. The vehicle was issued a permanent City parking permit rather than a temporary one without explanation.
Drivers are constantly running the stop signs at Sheridan/Southdowns and Woodlawn intersection. I see it personally every single day. This is also a pedestrian crossing area and someone is bound to get hit someday.

Construction Debris around public building
We own and manage the residential property at 323 S Grant. There is a temporary construction/traffic sign in the street plot in front of the property that keeps getting blown over by the wind. There was an identical sign 100 feet down the block that has already been removed. We kindly ask that you have the contractor responsible for the sign to either a) remove the sign (construction is over) or b) have the sign fixed, perhaps with better weights, so it doesn't keep getting toppled over by wind.
My guess is you are aware that: (1) Driving west on 17th there is a small no left turn sign. (2) Drivers (to be kind) apparently aren't seeing the sign (surely they aren't ignoring it). Anyway, it is causing some big backups at times. I was there twice today and both times someone waited to turn left onto College. Not sure it is solveable, but hopefully there is something.
On the north side of the house (5th Street) trees and bush branches are hanging in the street.
