owner put a fence up around their house and presumably didn't get a permit because it's right on the edge of their property, almost touching the road. Because it's so close to the road, it cuts off the line of sight for anyone approaching the four way stop sign. If you're coming from the main road you have to slowly edge forward to see past their fence to see if traffic is coming.
Sink hole starting to form near what looks like City Sanitary hole. Can we get this addressed as soon as possible please?
A vehicle has been incorrectly parked in a handicap spot for days. There is no indication that the vehicle is in need of a handicap spot, and has not move for some time. This is taking away access to other residents.
The stop sign at the intersection of N Grant St and E Alice St is missing.
Sidewalk is unusable due to overgrowth of bushes. 803 N Park Ridge Rd

Potholes at Wylie Farm Rd & White Tail Run and also Azalea Ln.
Car parked in front of a fire hydrant/yellow curb and too close the intersection. This happens ALL the time, curb really needs to be repainted.
