I would like to report a utility (electric/telecoms) pole that is curved and leaning and may be structurally compromised and pose a hazard. See attached photo. The location of the pole is near the Atwater Eye Care Center parking lot between Atwater Ave and E 3rd St.
Trash containers are over flowing, turned over. Trash is blowing all over the place including into the woods.
Yard at the Chi Phi house has trash all over.
