HAS EVIDENCE OF SEWER BACKING UP AND WANTED TO KNOW IF CBU SEWER CREWS HAD BEEN WORKING IN THE AREA. SHE STATED THAT THE FLOOR WAS WET IN THE BASEMENT WHERE UPSTAIRS STOOL HAD OVERFLOWED AND STOPPER WAS BLOWN OUT OF SINK.

Resident called in stating that their trash was not picked up. Shelby sent Kody to pick up who stated that there was no trash out at the time that he arrived at residence.
