This car has been sitting abandoned for more than 2 years (at least since I've lived in this apartment). A neighbor informed me that it belonged to a past resident who hasn't lived on this street for over 2 years.
MR. LIVINGSTON SAYS THAT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, HE HAS HAD LARGE BUBBLES IN HIS DOWNSTAIRS TOILETS.
oversized can. keeps putting out with a note telling the crew that "this will be the last time". keeps setting out anyway. no courtesy pick up.
