Friday A/Other/trash: Residnet claims that he received Sanit. notice that trash was too heavy. (Notice not currently in PW files) Resident states that Sanit. crews removed the trash sticker, but left the trash. Why? Please let me know about this complaint/concern in case Mr. Rogers calls back. Resident has parked a junk car in the driveway and one junk car on the grass. Also the adjacent field, which is owned by the City, needs mowed.

The Bishop Bar allows heavy cigarette smoking outside within their fenced in area. I've observed this on multiple occasions, especially in the later night hours. Perhaps they need reminder of the city ordinance that disallows this to remember to enforce it.
