At 1206 Chestnut Ct., trash cans are left out and broken stone is in the yard. Trash is in the back yard. At 1210 Chestnut Ct. trash cans and other trash are on the side of the house. Please call Ms. Pugh with the status of this complaint.

Mrs. Chase wanted to make the Council aware of the rate increase she received from Insight. Mrs Chase stated that Insight did not supply "any better programs" with the rate increase. Mrs. Chase would like to know "what citizens can do about it."
