On East side of Highland St. at the T-intersection with Wylie St. Vacnt lot at the dead end of Wylie over growth in to road way. Trail of conrete on road surface, she says some one could get hurt.
There is quite a bit of trash on the side of the road (both W. 17th St. and Monroe) and inside the fence of the Tri-North Middle School Property. I don't know if the school or the construction company is responsible for picking it up. But it's been there and accumulating for quite some time. Thank you.

Next lot to 16 West Poine Phase I, lot needs to be cleaned up and old vehicles removed. Owner Don Mitchell said he would move and clean up when street got paved/this is done. etc....see hard copy.
I just started renting here and both my trash and recycling containers are broken on top. The lids. So the recycling especially get wet when it rains. Can I get new lids or totes since I just started my own service here?
