Overflowing dumpster. Found while inspecting complaint regarding junked vehicles.
Mr. DeBruicker stated in an email that in February 2003, Insight ran new cable wire to his home. The cable has not been buried even though he has called Insight several times. He would like the new cable wire buried and the old one removed.
