Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.
Grass/weeds in excess of 15 inches
Neighbor has put in a dumpster in his drive way. Caller feels that area residents will abuse the dumpster and the area will become a mess. Inspector please call complaintant with results.

trash cans never pulled in from off the road
Richard Marshall, 800 Countryside Lane-#33371, has not paved his driveway yet. The house was finished over a year ago. He only has a gravel drive. He has 5 vehicles and is parking in the yard tracking mud & debris onto the road. There is no sidewalk in front of his house. The other neighbors had to install their sidewalks. He has been hauling in trees getting mud & debris on the road. Marshall is under an expired temporary certificate of occupancy.
