Their lawn is very overgrown. The city should probably just plan on making regular checkups in this neighborhood because they and a few others around here let their lawns go all summer long.
There is a “rogue” trash can. Not sure who it belongs to but it’s been here for a while. Please remove.
Sidewalk in front of this Costley & Co rental hasn’t been touched. Dangerous to walk on the sidewalk as it’s ice covered.

Large pothole in the public alley between 808 E. Hunter and 816 E. Hunter Ave. Needs to be filled.
Trash everywhere.
There are 3 refrigerators sitting out front. Sanitation does not pick them up.
808 east hunter. Sidewalks are solid ice. This is a managed apartment building. It has been days since the last snow.
The alley between 808 and 816 E. Hunter Ave. has some large pot holes. It would be great if someone could look at this. Thank you.
