Somehow the leaves in front of my house and my neighbors on either side as well as those on Park toward Maxwell were all missed. We had them raked in time but the truck must have just missed this block
snow not removed on Woodlawn side of home
I took the time to shovel my walk as required but the truck has now come through and pushed snow onto the walk. In addition the truck piles sidewalk at the corner making it a waste of time to shovel the walk because it is blocked by a mountain. This snow that the truck has pushed onto the walk is packed and too heav for homeowner removal!
Should this be corrected to avoid falls or other problems?
The company that installed this created a hazard that could cause an injury when someone gets out of their car etc. This should be removed and filled or fixed.
garbage and trash on ground especially on east side of house, rat problem exists in neighborhood. House has constant trash problems.
A citizen called to report that there is trash at the intersection of Woodlawn and 14th.
Trash scattered around 900-902 E. 14th St.
Ms. Rockwood wrote re. 2 properties - 401 S. Dunn and 900 E. 14th. She does not believe she owes amounts for former tenants because she no longer owns property at 401 S. Dunn and she did not receive bills in a timely fashion. She states she is sending check for $466.02 for payment-in-full.
