Large sections of the sidewalk at the N.E. intersection of S.College Mall Rd and E. Moores Pike is covered in soil and not usable after it rains, multiple mud pits force pedestrians on to soggy muddy grass. Very challenging for humans in wheelchairs or strollers. Also, brush has blocked sidewalk in areas.
Huge potholes have been there for months. Please fix.
Jerry complains of retention pond overgrowth at the AMC Showplace Movie Theater 11. He states he is responsible for half of the area and has been maintaining it. However, AMC is not maintaining their portion. He states this is a major safety hazard. He has spoken to theater

Mr. Hillary called and said that trash from Showplace East Theatre was blowing from their lot onto Moores Pike and into Bitner Wood Subdivision.
This is Showplace Cinemas. Resident phoned in stating that there is trash along the fence row that runs parallel to Moore's Pike by the movie theatre.
