AGAIN, THERE IS TRASH IN THE ALLEY JUST NORTH OF MARTIN PRINTING BY THE BLUEBIRD. APPEARS IT MAY BE RELATED TO OCCUPANTS OF THE PRINCESS THEATRE'S RENTAL. CITY SANITATION WAS OUT LAST WEEK TO INSPECT TRASH LEFT AGAIN AND DEAN COULD FIND NO ADDRESSES IN IT. COMPLAINTANT WOULD LIKE A CONCERTED EFFORT TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS TRASH PROBLEM AND GET IT TAKEN CARE OF.
TRASH, SUCH AS APPLIANCES ETC IN THE BACK AND SIDE YARD OF THIS DUPLEX (FRONT IS 703 S PARK SQUARE). AREA LOOKS TRASHY AND MAKES THE REST OF THE RENTAL PROPERTIES LOOK TRASHY ALSO.

Ms. Sheely contacted the Public Works office on 3/04/2003 to report that her cable has been going out at least 3 time a month, and at least twice this week alone. She stated that she has contacted Insight a number of times and she did not know what else to do. She would like this re-occuring problem addressed by Insight or the TCC.
