There are three cars parked on Walnut near the corner of 17 and Walnut. They seemed to have been parked there overnight. Isn't there some ordinance to prevent someone from parking in the street? This is not designated as a parking area. Can't they be towed?

Neighbor's house is barely visible due to overgrown plants. There is an infestation of rats, mice, moles, and snakes throughout their property, inside and outside. We keep our house well-maintained, but found evidence of rats and mice in our attic. We have an a/c unit up there and the wires were chewed. It was a costly repair and we were told that there could have been a fire. Numerous neighbors have talked to the homeowner at this property, but nothing has been done for years. We would really appreciate the city's immediate assistance in this matter before something serious occurs. Thank you!
