This morning (11/23/2020), I found a tire on the road in front of my property. I guess that someone hit the dry stone wall of my garden in the night because it is damaged or dropped off the tire. I am wondering whether you can remove it because it could be an obstacle for cars.

There is a group of ever-growing potholes on Skylark Court at the intersection with South Highland. They're threatening to make Skylark difficult to use. Please repair them. Thank you.

Illegal dumping on CSX Transportation property directly next to B-Line trail. I have contacted the County Solid Waste Department, but they had said they cannot do anything since access would be required on the B-Line trail. This is ridiculous. There has been standing water at the switchyard dog park for 3 months. This needs to be addressed. This is a breeding ground for bacteria and unsafe for the dogs of Bloomington. Put a fence around it.

Pothole at intersection of East Elliston Drive and Bainbridge Drive

The standing water around the Sycamore tree. This water is a swamp area. It is dirty and disgusting. It is very hard to keep dogs out of it because it is a big area. It needs to be cleaned up. Maybe put a more stronger fence around the area for now. Please do something about this standing water ASAP. IT IS NOT SAFE FOR OUR DOGS!! Such a beautiful park, with an unsafe standing water!!
