Customer called in and was upset we didn't take trash. I explained it was written up and why. I agreed to pick up one last time so he can start over, we got disconnected and he never called back, I sent Eric out next day and it wasn't out.

The north/south alley between Grimes & Driscoll and Walnut & Washington. There were 2 bags of black trash left in the alley 6-8 days ago next to the light post. One of them have been recently ripped open and trash is all over the alley.
