We are located at 2909 E Buick Cadillac Blvd. - Dr. J. Blue Davis's dental office. The property adjoining ours appears to have been abandoned and we are noticing that the landscape is becoming overgrown with plants, grasses and weeds. Also, the fence is the back of the property is beginning to fall down. Is there anything that the City can do to keep this property from becoming an eyesore for the other businesses on our street.

There is a fence down on the Atwater side of this home. It's a mess in a highly traveled area. Thought I'd send it your way for your staff to address. I am contacting the city in regards to a sidewalk that was put built from Park on the Morton apartments to College Avenue that has an overgrowth of 3 feet of weeds on both sides of the sidewalk along with trash, dirt and debris. The Park on the Morton office claims that it is not their property to maintain, and it seems no one is maintaining it from the overgrowth and dirt/debris.
