Hi! I am requesting parking lines be drawn in the parking area on 4th Street in front of 511 W 4th St. There is room for 5 cars to park comfortably and safely in this area. Frequently, people park incorrectly in this area, taking up multiple spots and limited the number of cars that can park in the area. I operate a business at 511 W 4th Street, Suite #2. We are a small PR firm that employs 20 people in Bloomington. We own the office space at 511 W 4th Suite 2. We would love to be able to maximize this convenient parking area for our employees by having parking lines drawn.

Woman living in car outside framemakers - not paying parking meter and area around car covered in trash. Wakes up local residents in the middle of the night screaming profanities. Not sure why the city is allowing this behavior. Attempted to call the mayors office but they have stopped responding to calls.

Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. Your homeless people problem within the city of Bloomington is out of control. It is ruining the city an it's image. Even Inpls TV news is bashing the city for it's pathetic attempt at dealing with the issue. People feel unsafe as do local students. Who gets the blame when something terrible does occur? The mayor's office has certainly known of this problem for quite some time now. It will be the mayor's office having to answer the questions of the victims whenever something does occur. Fix it. The people of Bloomington deserve better.

The pavement which used to be a through street years ago and is now a city-maintained alley needs to have its potholes filled. The parking lot behind Dr. Linda Figen's office at 413 Howe is owned by Dr. Figen and that lot is adjacent to the southern extent of the alley. It is the alley portion which is city-maintained which needs the attention. Area residents have confirmed with the city that this alley is city maintained when repairs are needed. Several potholes are deep and pose a hazard to vehicles using the alley to access Dr. Figen's business or the parking area for her neighbor to the east.
