Not sure which category this falls under. Eight (!) trash bins are lying on the sidewalk (south side of Cottage Grove, just east of Walnut), completely blocking pedestrian traffic. It isn't really a busy street and it's one-way so not a huge problem for most people who can step around them off the curb into the street, but people in wheelchairs or with strollers would not be able to navigate the area.

Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around.
