The owner of this renter occupied building (Tariq Khan) and/or the tenants have not taken their garbage out to the curb for pickup in three weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.
(Note: This is the fifth time that I have sent this report. Now, the trash has not been taken out for SEVEN weeks. Animals have started to get into the garbage. Again, please help to rectify this issue and hold the homeowner accountable.)
