Hello. We provide water at this address for the tenants (there are 3 units in this property) and they let us know they believe one of their trash bins has been stolen. Can this be replaced? 905 W 6th St Bloomington, IN 47404 Hello, with the rain this past weekend, I was surprised that both of my containers, waste and recycling, had several inches of water in them. Apparently the lids do not close securely allowing rain to enter which deteriorates paper goods and trash if not in plastic.
