Please conduct an animal (dogs) wellness check - dogs are whining in garage, and I'm not sure anyone occupies this home. These animals may not have food or water. I believe there are possibly 2 pit bulls so use caution.

The renter has had eight tires sitting in front of his garage since August of 2023. He has been asked to remove them but he only parked his huge white SUV in front of them. 1. they are unsightly 2. during the warm months the mosquitos will breed in the trapped water.

Over the past months we have been experiencing too much sediments in the water. We have reported this last year and it improved a little bit. However the issue is getting worse and worse over time. And now, today there is not even water.

We received a notice on our door that our water usage was higher than usual--"30 gallons per hour used." Could this be from watering our garden about every-other day over the last couple of weeks? Should we be concerned? Since we can't access the meter ourselves, is there a way we could get meter readings over a two- or three-hour period when we're not intentionally using any water?
