Water Utility Billing Problems

I got my utility bill for this month that states that I did not pay the utility amount for the previous month. I have a credit card statement saying that I did. I called a couple weeks ago and they said if I emailed in proof of the statement, then the amount would be fixed. I emailed it in and it still has not been fixed. I would really like this resolved before my water bill is due on the 25th of this month. Thank you!

I have attempted to pay my water bill online two separate times now and the system will not approve my purchase. I have tried completing the payment on two separate occasions (10/08/18 and 10/15/18) and I have tried with different credit cards. I still haven't been able to complete the payment. My name is Brynn and I live in the Regency Court apartment complex. I am signed up through the City of Bloomington to pay our water and sewage bills, but we have been moved in for over 2 months and have not yet received a bill. We just are wondering when we will receive that, and want to make sure that we have not missed any! Thanks!

1301 S. Walnut St. The meter reading person reported that current usage was 10,000 gallons. There are no drips or running toilets at the property. City crews did do major work in front of the property recently - is it possible that the recent work impacted the sewer water?

Hi - I received a troubling bill from CBU back in January, and despite a few phone messages and emails to utilities.ar@bloomington.in.gov, I never received a response. In the mean-time, CBU apparently discovered an error in billing as my water usage went from an average of 4-5 in 2017 to 15 in January 2018, 8 in February 2018, and back to 4 in April - June. Alas, my most recent bill shows another spike to 7, despite no change in our home usage. Is there perhaps something going awry in our meter reading? I would appreciated an explanation for these sometimes wild fluctuations... Please have a look at my bill, CBU account 845-003 and provide some clarity. Response via email works best for me. I had a remarkably high water bill last month that my property manager supposedly fixed on 3/12. My service bill date range for this last month was 3/2 till 4/2. I was wondering if I could have a day-by-day breakdown of my water usage. Specifically, I need to know if there was remarkably high water usage on or after 3/12. If there is none, then that means that the water leak was probably resolved but if there is still insane water usage after 3/12 then it still has not been resolved. Thank you!

I did not receive my bill this month and it is not on the website, but I already made my payment with a surcharge, only the balance due appears. I have had months of harassment on my account first charging me 28 to 40 dollars in my bill, the cover of my water meter was out of place for days and then I went to the office where they shouted to me that it was my fault the wrong size of my garbage cart and now not only does not get my receipt, you do not put it on the internet paging for me to know, now that you are charging me. Someone knows why and can inform me?
