At the corner of Allendale Dr. and S Bainbridge at the stop sign there has been a puddle of water for days. This isn't because the neighbor is watering the yard, so I'm assuming there is water seeping upwards from under the road possibly from a water main leaking. Hope this info helps!
Water meter is spinning faster than usual. Even when the water is not running in this house, there have been a higher charges for water than the manual reading. Water meter maybe broken.

Water drips from left side of hydrant, as one faces west. Have tried calling Kim Trotter at 812 349 3638. No one answers the call; left a message 7 days ago. Thank you.
