water meter at 1003 n madison (my neighbor) lost its antenna hat, i think from snow clearance activities. since its actually in the sidewalk, it sees more abuse than a lot of others. I've noticed all-plastic lids on some around town so i figure you guys must have a procedure for this sort of location. just wanted to let you know before it gets super cold again. thanks!

I wish to file a request to the Utilities Dept. to survey the water main line servicing my home and the homes on E. Longview Ave. After two water main breaks in the past thirty days, I believe it would be prudent to survey the line for potential replacement or upgrade as necessary. I understand this survey may take time to allow staff to develop a plan. I hope that you might have equipment to survey to determine if there may be more weaknesses in the line or that a span of the line ought to be replaced. I would guess after two breaks, this request for survey might already be on your to do list at least for Spring 2023. Thank you -

There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North. It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated. The person who is manager of the property has had the water company stop our service for no reason! We have been without water for two weeks now and with the cold weather we are sure the pipes are busted. We just need to be able to pay our bill and have water turned back on!

hello, i live in South crest estates Bloomington IN, for weeks now there has either been NO water, barely any pressure, or just drips coming out. We have Spoke to Management here, and they say it has to do with the city. My children have been in the middle of showers, and it turns off bc there is NO PRESSURE it is NOT okay anymore, it is flu season, people are sick, people need to shower, PEOPLE NEED WATER. Like i said i and multiple others have tried to talk to management but they say they can’t do anything. This is a health hazard and it needs to be solved, i have kids that are sick and puking and we can not even flush the puke down. it will only allow me to include (1) photo so here is that. Please get back to me ASAP because this is not okay, thank you.!
