Drainage ditch near the street in front of my residence has developed deep holes over the past several decades that I have attempted to fill continuously wash out. Could there possibly be in break in the water main? Thank you for looking into this matter.

I was driving south on S. Walnut Street wanting to take a left turn at the traffic light to get to Hillside Drive and ran into a large and deep pothole that was filled with water. It made a terrible sound of something breaking on the front right side. I was just driving to Royal on the eastside, 3rd Street, and was told that I need to get 3 new tires (one was replaced last year) because I was driving my Subaru Forester all wheel drive and if one tire is ruined, all the rest need to be replaced as well. (total cost $ 681.20)
I am very angry at the Street Dept. for not taking care of our streets and filling all the potholes and there are many.

Other: It has come to the attention of the surrounding neighbors that the owner of the property attempted to evict the tenants with no luck. It is past 30 days to when many of us first learned of this.
Since the clearing of the camps at Switchyard there is much more activity at this property. There is a person sleeping in their black car in the driveway. There are people on bikes in and out throughout the day and night. There are dogs without leashes. There are people yelling.
The Tenants are running a very large and loud generator from 8am-11pm, so they're aware of the rules. This means no power. From what I understand, they also haven't had water in almost a year. Check previous reports to follow up on that.
All of this is causing significant distress and potential health hazards to the surrounding residents. This is a nuisance and a safety concern for everyone. These tenants and the state of the building detracts from the character and well-being of the neighborhood, and despite numerous complaints, no change has been made.

The drinking fountain needs attention.
Drain plugged on one side and water spraying out of fountain too hard to get a drink.

Case# 188472 Sorry,
The problem is at the Park Ridge Park, Longview Avenue and North Glenwood Avenue West.
Someone familiar with how the drinking fountain works could possibly fix it quickly. It appears the drain is clogged on the lower of the two fountains and the water pressure when you press the button to activate it, is too high!
So, if you could have someone take a look at it and make the needed adjustments, that would be great!
Thanks,
Warren

Thank you for the question- the areas that are being used for seating for the parklets are all contained within the existing parking spaces and not within what is considered the travelled way. With that in mind, the water-filled barricades are not being used as traffic control devices, but rather as a physical delineation between the seating and the road itself.
