For the past week, our tap water has a bad odor and it tastes bad. It has a moldy smell and taste. It’s hard to even brush your teeth with it. Our neighborhood has had a lot of utility work done over the past month or two. There’s been a lot of digging for cables throughout the neighborhood. Could this have inadvertently hit a water line?? OIL LIKE SUBSTANCE COMING OUT OF CUSTOMER'S COLD WATER TAP. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN PAST FEW DAYS.

Our water is cloudy today. In fact, it has been cloudy many, many days this past month or longer. Two neighbors in this block are doing remodeling projects, so we thought it might be related and did not report. As they both move through various phases of construction, we have come to feel doubtful that the poor water quality must be unrelated.
