Mr. White called to tell us of a drainage pipe that is clogged at 1315 W. 6th St. It is creating water runoff problems

Resident called in complaining that her trash wasn't taken but the stickers were. SW spoke with resident and advised that trash was not taken because it was severely overweight. SW offered one courtesy pickup for resident but would not do it again. DF picked trash up stating that the can was almost full with water in addition to the trash and had to be drained of water prior to being moved.
