Couple weeks ago, some contractor dug up 7~9 holes on kinser pk between rosewood and acuff rd. I think they were installing natural gas pipe. They buried it and filled it with concrete but never finished it with asphalt on top as concrete wasn't filled all the way to the top. (The white patches in the picture) It's very bumpy when you drive over it. I am concerned with two points, 1. They just paved Kinser Pk not long ago and this is going to deteriate the road that city just re-paved if they don't fix it soon. 2. People are resorting to driving on the other side of the road to avoid the holes, including school buses. This is not a safe situation. Again, I would have thought they would come back and finished it quickly but it's been many weeks and I am starting to be concerned. Thanks.
Excessive growth of grass and weeds, loose gravel washing onto the sidewalk and blocking Sewer drains. Trash and recycle containers being left out on curb and sidewalk
This is a blight issue. Property needs to be cleaned, maintained and secured to prevent vagrancy.
A lot of potholes. Please get owner of this street to repair the surface or have the city annex it. *It is a major entrance to Aldis, Goodwill, Starbucks, Best Buy and CVS!
2 large potholes on major car/bike thoroughfare. On 7th at a curve on a hill!
When W 6th St was repaved last year they didn't bring all the sewer access covers ("manholes") up to the level of the new pavement. The one in front of the driveway to the Fairview Methodist Church is especially bad. It could cause a bicycle to wreck. It nearly caused me to get hit by a car when I was avoiding it. There are a couple of others (one square and another round) in the westbound lane that are also bad, but they are often covered by parked cars. (I put the dot on your map where the problem is, but the address is actually 600 W 6th since it's on the north side of the street.)
All of the new construction along Jefferson between third Street and 10th St. where they’ve made street cuts for the sewer lines need to be repaired. I believe it’s the responsibility of the contractor to repair the street and none of these repairs look to be permanent.
Mowing needed.
Potholes at the end of this curb are getting worse, and lots of loose sand/asphalt. In front of gas station next to Community Kitchen
