Hedge behind B-Line work out station needs to be trimmed. I believe it actually belongs to the owner of Auto Heaven (also on W Allen St). If it isn't his responsibility, then it probably belongs to the City. Either way, it is a mess and people are throwing trash into it on a daily basis.
For several years the yard and trees have been overgrown. Currently there is a tree that has fallen over the mailbox and into the street causing a hazard.
Yard not being mowed.
The easement on the south side of E Winslow Road has become severely overgrown and the sidewalk is nearly inaccessible. It is not wide enough for people to pass by each other at this point without having to submerse yourself into the weeds.
Front yard is completely overgrown with weeds and grass.
Their yard is full of trash and never mowed. It makes it difficult and dangerous to turn onto Rockport off of Coolidge. This has been a constant issue for the entire 5 years I’ve lived in this neighborhood.
