There is a very deep washed out area along the eastern shoulder of S Henderson St south of Winslow Rd -- across from All American Storage. There is also some severe erosion happening on the other side of the "V" on the sides of Walnut St Pike by the Echo apartments.

Covenanter & College Mall Road: there's a ton of sand and gravel in the road. It's on the West side of the intersection where eastbound covenanter traffic waits at the light. Tires spin just trying to go from a red light. It's quite dangerous.

Two large potholes in neighborhood. First is near intersection of Caray Ct and Claybridge Dr. Second is in Southern Oaks Dr (between Cedarwood Circle and Sare Rd). Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. There is graffiti on the cement wall off of Southern facing Walnut. It looks really bad and makes the street look even worse with that being there. Can someone please come remove the graffiti?

Can the loose sand and gravel be swept up at the intersection of Fenbrook Lane and East Moores Pike? For westbound bicyclists on Moores Pike who are turning north onto Fenbrook, the sand and gravel presents a hazardous situation. Cyclists are approaching at speed since there is a downhill, they want to make a smooth, wide turning radius, but the sand and gravel presents an potentially dangerous obstacle while turning. I work for affordable fence ad last winter there was a deck being built at 2622 e spice wood crt. I noticed that the support beams were being set up using 4x4 posts. I told them at the time that I believed that 4x6 posts were as small as code allowed. The contractor scoffed at me and i just said "ok" and went back to work. Yesterday while doing an inspection on the fence I installed I saw that two elderly people live at the home and we're out on their deck. The deck (with them on the deck) was very rickety and moved way too much to be safe. I hate to see anyone getting one over on e elderly simply because they can. Their safety is a major issue and I can no longer be silent about the issue. Hopefully you can look into it promptly thank you! Anonymous
