Sanitation crew issued a violation to resident today for the fourth time since April 11. The violation was issued for failure to place sticker on bags/cans. Residents trash was not picked up as a result.

Resident was written up today for failure to attach stickers to bags and cans. This is residents fifth write up since the start of May. Written up by Shelby Walker.
According to resident's neighbor, there has been a mattress and box spring at the curb for one week without tags on it. Neighbor thinks that the resident may have moved.
Second notice for this address. Re: Bags and cans of trash do not have stickers attached.
Resident has been written up several times this year for recycling violations. Yesterday resident was also written up for their trash can exceeding the size limit of 35 gallons and couches not having stickers attached. 950
