Sanitation crew issued a violation to resident today for the fourth time since April 11. The violation was issued for failure to place sticker on bags/cans. Residents trash was not picked up as a result.
Bags and cans must have stickers attached.
On 6/8/2011, 6/15/2011, 7/13/2011, and 7/20/2011 resident was written up by Sanitation crew for having a trash can that is too large and/or not providing stickers on bags/cans.
Resident has been written up four times since June for having trash out at curb without stickers or tags. Currently, resident has mattresses out at curb.

According to resident's neighbor, there has been a mattress and box spring at the curb for one week without tags on it. Neighbor thinks that the resident may have moved.
