While you are on Nancy Street for the obscured speed limit sign(#180344), can you check the corner of Nancy and Hillside? When you want to turn left or right from Nancy onto Hillside, the shrubs of the corner house on the left are obscuring the view and motorists may have problems seeing what is coming from the left. The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating. The overgrown yard is affecting the neighborhood's appearance, property values, and quality of life for residents. Neighbors have complained numerous times, but the city doesn't seem to address the issue with this yard.
