Good Morning. Our recycling container was not fully emptied this morning. Would you please have the recycling truck come back by our home to fully empty our containers? Also, when doing a Google search, we realized that our former city uReports can be seen online. We would appreciate if you could please remove this information and keep our uReports private between us and the city. When our recycling was picked up on Thursday, apparently half the material in the can was stuck and did not fall into the truck, maybe because a flattened cardboard box was a little bit wedged against the sides of the bin. So when we got home after the pickup, we found the bin still half-full. Maybe it is possible for the sanitation workers to double-check to make sure bins are properly emptied before returning them to the curb.

Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know.
