Car is parked blocking half of my driveway (1312 South Palmer). They are probably attending a party currently happening at 1401 South Palmer Ave. Indiana license plate SAZ872. 11pm on 10/13/22.
There is a red Volvo hatchback car that has not moved from this location for over a month. The plates on it expired in Jan 2021. It is totally full of junk like someone lives in it but nobody ever touches it and no neighbors claim it.
A resident of 703 W Sixth St routinely parks her car facing the wrong way in front of her apartment house. The car, a small grey Ford, is often left this way overnight. License plate - 223LI.

Our neighbor continues to park on an unimproved surface. We have reported this before and they continue doing this. This photo was taken this morning Saturday October 10, 2020 around 8 am. Greenish-grey KIA compact/SUV has been parked on the front lawn of 1208 S Woodlawn Ave (in the grass, an unimproved surface) for several weeks. There seems to be no indication that there is an intention to remove the vehicle from the unimproved surface.
