Mrs. Curry would like to have No Parking on both sides of Azalea Lane from Highland Avenue to Erin Court. The subdivision covenants/restrictions prohibit parking on the street but is not effective. The street is too narrow to have parking and through traffic.

Tenants leave the trash cans out beside the house all of the time. Cans and trash are now blown all over the south yard and into the street.

Tenant says that Jones won't mow grass. It is really high. Its in the backyard along the deck. The house is in the Walnut Creek edition.
Construction cardboard and debris blowing into Mr. Eller's yard at 1018 Chris Lane.
There is a lot of debris from cut and removed trees in the front and back of this home site. It is dangerous to leave around for kids to get into, as well as a possible fire hazard. Please see if it can be removed from the site by builder.
Sanitation reports that there is trash piled in front of this house and there are no stickers on the trash. There have been no stickers for the past five weeks.
