Citizen says that this morning the trash crew threw the yardwaste in with the trash and that this happened down the whole street. Says he knows the difference and it was not a split packer. There is a tulip tree in between 3911 & 3913 Laurel Ct. The driver of the trash truck has backed up into the tree the past 2 weeks, breaking branches and leaves everywhere. He doesn't need to back up this far and he's going to kill the tree.
