There has been some construction on the trails near the Wesley Sports complex. I use the trail to commute to work by bike every day and noted its bad constitution - especially after heavy rain. I had hope for some improvements but the 'closed for construction' signs have been removed and while the trail is now wider it seems like the construction has been stopped half way. The trail is still very sandy / muddy and parts are very soft so that my bike sinks into the sandy surface which makes it very uncomfortable to rise and also somewhat unsafe. Is the construction already done or just paused?

Could not find a site supervisor at Winslow to get the scoreboard working for high school baseball game. Looked for one for 25 min on both sides of the park

Sherwood oaks park tennis courts appear to have been vandalized. The court closest to the creek has a bent standard and the net is gone. I am pretty sure the net was there on Friday.

In today's H-T Hotline section quotes from Mick Renneisen indicate you can fish at Weimer Lake in the Wapehani Mountain Bike Park. Is this correct and do you need an Indiana fishing license to do so?

South East Park: 1 of the 2 Toddler Spring Toys is broken & missing pieces. I'm concerned about safety.

The concrete apron, on the rails to trails Bridge, located 1.5 miles from Tapp Head, has an abrupt raised edge (peaks at 1.25") If someone could reduce the impact zone, I think that would be less of a liability for all who traverse. Broken glass by the stone blocks on the north side of the tot playground at Bryan Park. Large pieces were picked up, but there are still small shards on the sidewalk between the large stones (just northeast of the bee riding toy, right in front of the stone block the farthest to the west).

Fallen trees are blocking the entrance to the Winslow Woods Nature Trail.

There have been a large number of trees removed from Southeast Park along its border with Renwick. I would like to know if there are any plans to replant trees here.
