See attached GIS Map. Mr. Davis thinks that the alley beside his residence has moved 5 to 6 feet into his property. Mr. Davis stated that his neighbor put up a fence up to the edge of the alley forcing the alley to bow. Please check and advice Mr. Davis if there is an encroachment problem.
Mr. Young came into the office to report that the residents at this address have let the trash go for at least 3 months or so and it isn't getting any better. It has accumulated in that time and is looking bad.
ADVSD THAT THE ALLEY ACROSS FROM FAIRVIEW SCHOOL ON JACKSON HAS BUSHES AND WEEDS GROWING HALFWAY INTO THE ALLEY. THEY SCRATCH VEHICLES AND HINDER PASSAGE AND VIEW.
She is purchasing this house and there is a pickup sitting on the corner that is being used for trash. This has been sitting for there for some time. Also, the house at 1002 W 6th is overgrown and is trashy.
Larry stated that the recycling has not been picked up at this address for over 2 months and they have been left notices. They leave the recycling out and do not bring it in from the curb.
Larry informed the HAND Department that there is trash out side of this address
House on corner next to B.G. Pollard lodge - has been vacant and unsecured. Needs to be boarded up.
