Pretty significant hazard. The "Reverse angle only" parking sign has finally succumbed to the blow from a bad parker and is now lying across the sidewalk. It's still firmly enough attached to the base that it's not possible to pick it up and move it parallel to the curb. The other similar signs on the same block are also showing signs of fatigue

The traffic light pole here takes up half the sidewalk, leaving very little room for pedestrians to get around. Probably impossible for someone with a mobility aid to pass (e.g. wheelchair, walker). Seems like a major ADA issue. Even as someone with fine mobility, I barely had room to get by while staying on the sidewalk.
Four years this light has been broken. Turn lane arrow is triggered but no cars need to turn. I feel bad cutting through the alley in my truck with a loud exhaust waking up all those people in the morning but that is what I have to do so I don't sit and wait and wait and wait at a light you refuse to fix. The citizens of this city have lost more money idling in their cars burning fuel waiting for nobody but the broken light than it would have cost to fix. Do you hate the people of the west side?
There are several junky cars parked on the grass in the backyard of 703 W 7th Street. I believe this is an environmental hazard to the soil. If possible, please have these cars removed. Thank you.
There Thea’s a bus sitting parked along the the west side of College 15th to 16th from approximately 720 to Atleast 730+ This cause a line of site for cars trying to out of 15th because the bus was just sitting. I did not get the bus number but people trying to get on to college could look north to see if the lane was clear to pull out.
On the north end of Ridgefield neighborhood, all along the sidewalk that runs parallel with Kinser, the trees are hanging over the sidewalk. The residents on that end claim it is the city's responsibility. I trimmed it once this spring and am not doing it again. Make these people trim their trees. Basically 1146 thru 1126 W. Hello, this is the third time I have submitted a complaint about this property. My neighbor sent me this photo via text last night. The owner’s family members think they’re clever by “solving the problem” of removing old mattresses on the front porch. We were all thrilled to think they finally had the two stained mattresses properly hauled away. Instead, they just moved them to the crumbling back porch with its sagging roof. If there was a fire, heaven forbid, and they had to quickly use the back door to leave a burning building, they would be delayed by the old, stained mattresses. In addition to the owner, there is a tenant named James (who also goes by Jimmy) living at the house. He is intellectually challenged, yet seems to be the only person seen pushing home owner Carl up the sidewalk and/or street, in a seated walker. Carl’s health has visibly declined since the beginning of 2025. This family is flipping the bird at City inspectors and us, the neighbors who have to look at their mess, and have for years. I will keep filing reports until owner Carl James, his 16 grandchildren and namesake son CJ (Carl Junior) finally takes these infractions seriously. Thank you for your work.
