The individual failed to maintain her yard last year and it got cut one time all summer. It has not been cut this year and is already high thigh/waist high. Making it hard to walk the sidewalk as it’s intended.

alley overgrown with weeds, neighbor does not take care of yard, call on Thursday and nothing has been done
Frequently has trash all over the yard and driveway. Also trash piled up in car. Owner is trying to move in a tiny house as well.

Trash is in between fences at back of property. We have permission from the homeowner at 430 S. Westwood to go onto her property and look. They are throwing pet waste over fence into easement.
Overgrowth of weeds and lawn resulting in issues with visibility and insects Needs addressed ASAP
After a storm 2 months ago, neighbor has yet to clean up all the tree debris. We constantly have to move the branches/trees back on to the yard because it moves into our street where we cannot drive.
Neighbor does not cut grass or clean up debris from storms. This grass is now about 2 feet in height in some areas of the front and back yard.
