Tonight I watched a man in a wheelchair try to get through the intersection of fourth and walnut, but the paths going into the street have not been cleared. Is this city property?

Complaint was relayed by David Hamilton. Problem with drainage ditch and drain going under Concord. Apparently it is not handling the water the way that it should and is eroding Mr. Burton's yard.

See letter Stetson turned in. The neighbor at 1016 E. Maxwell Lane is constructing an entry off of Manor Road. They are filling in the drainage ditch with soil thereby blocking the water flow. Stetson feels that during the next rain this work could cause severe water damage to her basement
