The tree plot has rock all over. Per parks code about maintaining this tree plot, isn’t this supposed to be grass? Can you please resolve this so further damage is not potentially caused to the tree roots? Hope to see more green in these little urban patches throughout the city

Is it necessary for BPD to drive down the walking path? For non-emergency patrols? Wasn't the idea of the sub-station at Switchyard Park so that BPD could walk, bike or Segway around the park? The gas usage, the damage to infrastructure, the danger of driving on a pedestrian path. For all those reasons they should not be driving through Switchyard Park unnecessarily.

The attached photo shows the detour for the B-Line Trail (closed for Switchyard construction) around 11am today. I had to carry my bike across the void. I am concerned that someone with accessibility issues who cannot lift their bike, or is in a wheelchair, would not be able to get by. The sidewalk on the opposite side of the road is closed as well.
This is the west side of Rogers just north of the Rockport intersection. I do not see how this is allowed to happen.

Trees in right of way have been tagged for removal on S High between Arden and Wimbleton for recreational trail project. Will debris be removed from this? When Duke contractors trimmed trees on opposite side of street they left behind an awful mess.

The two large limestone stones at the entrance to the Jackson Creek trail are being damaged. It started with the rock breaking off, but this morning the pieces had been used to scrawl names and words on the stones.

On the trail that connects Olcott Park with the Sherwood Oaks Park and the Goat Farm, the lights along the trail stay on all day. In the past, they would turn off when it was bright and sunny out, but not any more. This has been occurring for the last few weeks. It seems like a waste of energy. Thanks!

We are new to Bloomington and have been enjoying the cities walking trails and parks. Sunday we visited Rail Trail walking trail on Country Club Drive and we were shocked at the amount of trash we saw. We parked in the lot and walked the rock trail and at the second bench we started seeing a lot of trash and debris on the access road to the left of the trail. LOTS of debris and it looked almost like a shanty town and camping areas set up. The area may be on private property don't know but it is a hazard. Just wanted to let you know

The B-line trail, between Tapp Road and Grimes, there is a lengthy u-shaped detour. It is covered in large rocks that make it nearly impossible to navigate on a road bike (my bike tires are 25mm). Several times I have nearly fallen over as the rocks engulf my small tires. I am a female bike commuter. I commute to the hospital at 6:30am and come home at 7:30pm. I no longer feel safe riding the trail due to the hazards of this rocky detour. I am at risk for either taking a significant fall or puncturing a tire. This makes me vulnerable. Please, either pack down the large rocks or cover this detour with a tarp.

Caller reported that a receptacle (with dog waste bags) attached to the pole on the B-Line, just south of Allen, has been pulled off and is sitting on the ground next to the pole.
